We'd genuinely like to hear from you. BoxTool is built and run by one independent developer, so there is no support desk in between: the person who wrote the tools reads every message — whether you found a bug, want a new tool, or have a question about how your data is handled.

We aim to reply within two business days. There's no contact form because BoxTool has no accounts and collects no personal data — email keeps it simple and lets us help you directly.

What to write about

• Bug reports. If a tool gives a wrong result or won't load, tell us the tool name, your browser, and what you typed. Reproduction steps help us fix it fast.
• Tool requests. Missing a converter or calculator you use often? Describe what it should do and we'll consider adding it.
• Accuracy & sources. Our calculators use published formulas. If you think a result is off, send the inputs and the figure you expected — we take correctness seriously.
• Privacy questions. Most tools run entirely in your browser, so we never receive your input. If you have a question about analytics or ads, just ask.
• Partnerships & press. For advertising, embedding our tools, or media questions, email the same address with "Business" in the subject.

Before you write

Many answers are already on the site: each tool has a short FAQ at the bottom of its page, and our guides cover the most common topics in depth. The privacy policy explains exactly what we do and don't collect.
