How do I add a child node?

Click any existing node to select it, then click the '+' button that appears, or press Enter. A new child node is added and connected automatically.

How do I edit node text?

Double-click any node to enter edit mode. Type your new label and press Enter or click outside the node to confirm.

How do I delete a node?

Select the node and press Delete or Backspace, or click the '×' button that appears on hover. Deleting a node also removes all its descendants.

Is my mind map saved?

Yes — your mind map is saved to localStorage every time you make a change. Use the 'Load' button to restore a previous save, or 'New' to start fresh.
