Calculate your body fat percentage using the U.S. Navy circumference method, one of the most accurate non-invasive measurement techniques. Enter your gender, height, neck, and waist measurements (plus hips for females) in either centimeters or inches. The tool calculates your body fat percentage and places you in a category: Essential, Athletic, Fit, Average, or Obese — based on ACE (American Council on Exercise) standards. A color-coded SVG gauge visually shows your result within the classification scale.
Cómo usar
- 1 Select your gender (male or female).
- 2 Choose your preferred measurement unit (cm or inches).
- 3 Enter your height, neck circumference, and waist circumference.
- 4 Females: also enter your hip circumference.
- 5 Click Calculate to see your body fat percentage, category, and gauge.
